The construction of the Mountain Hill Chalet began in May 2014 and was completed in June 2016. Located in the picturesque village of Ayia Irini, this chalet serves as a tranquil retreat amidst the mountains of Nicosia, Cyprus.

The design of the Mountain Hill Chalet presented several challenges, particularly in the selection and placement of materials. The stone used in the interior was cut on site by hand and meticulously installed, creating a unique and textured finish. Additionally, as the concept of environmental design is relatively new in Cyprus, reclaimed wood had to be imported from abroad to meet the project's sustainability goals.

The Mountain Hill Chalet has garnered recognition for its exceptional design. In 2017, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the chalet's well-designed, practical, and innovative nature.
